HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November.
Joshua J. Branscombe, 23, Oakfield: probation violation, 10 months in jail and probation revoked.
Jeremiah A. Drew, 24, Houlton: domestic violence reckless conduct, 364 days in jail all suspended and one-year probation; attaching false plates, $150 fine; and domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail all suspended and one-year probation.
John B. Dunn II, 52, Houlton: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail all suspended and six months probation.
Thomas E. Hunter, 31, Littleton: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.
Kyle Mailloux, 20, Haynesville: criminal threatening, 48 hours in jail.
Jacob P. Mathieu, 25, Houlton: aggravated assault, dismissed; and criminal mischief, 11 days in jail.
Levi D. Scott, 21, Linneus: criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail and $464.04 restitution; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Michael C. Shain, 27, Houlton: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Dana Spaulding, 47, Houlton: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
Lucas Sterris, 28, Houlton: violating protective order and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail (each).
Eric S. Tweedie, 49, Houlton: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked.
Jesse Varney, 22, Houlton: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.
