University of Maine at Fort Kent announces dean’s list for spring 2014

    FORT KENT, Maine — Dr. Robert Dixon, vice president for academic affairs at the University of Maine at Fort Kent, has announced that 364 students were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2014 semester.
Students attaining the honor must be degree candidates, enrolled as a full-time or a part-time student, and must maintain a 3.20 grade-point average on a 4.0 scale for the semester with no grades below a “C.”
Local students making the list include: Taylor Baker, Ashland; Kevin Smith, Blaine; Jonathan Post, Chapman; Abby Bouchard, Megan Dube, Stephanie Dube, Ross Gatcomb, Elizabeth Morneault, Sarah Parlin, Misty Probst and Jeremy Violette — all of Eagle Lake; Travis Norsworthy and Danielle Tracy, both of Fort Fairfield; Kathryn Sharp, Mapleton; Kelsie Belanger, Portage; Kelly Bell, Nancy Cray, Amber Nickerson, Travis Powers, Kayla Richards, Lucas Roy, Heather Sherman and Kurt Whisler — all from Presque Isle; Brandi Saucier, Washburn; Faye Kimball and Priscilla Potter, of Westfield; and Jared Roy, Winterville Plantation.
