    HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December.
    Gerald S. Austin, 75, East Millinocket: unlawful sexual contact, four years in prison, all but 12 months suspended and two years’ probation; and gross sexual assault, dismissed.

    Isaac A. Botting, 24, Island Falls: domestic violence terrorizing, three years in prison, all but nine months and one day suspended and two years’ probation; domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime, violating protective order, six months in prison (each); and violating condition of release, nine months and one day in prison.
    Howard James Burns, 31, Surrey: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), dismissed (first), $400 fine (second); and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
    Bud R. Cochran, 36, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Dennis M. King, 54, Houlton: domestic violence assault (two counts), 364 days in prison, all but 122 days suspended and one year probation (first), and dismissed (second).
    Thomas O. Lowrey, 37, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and cultivating marijuana, dismissed (each); criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, four years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution.
    Tyler E. McCluskey, 30, Bangor: burglary (two counts), two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation (each).
    Arlene M. McCrary, 26, Linneus: forgery, 60 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, one year probation and $8,836.50 restitution.
    Jeremy S. McNally, 32, Island Falls: criminal conspiracy, three years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Marcus A. Toner, 25, Hodgdon: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $500 fine (each), 18 months in prison (first), six years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and three years’ probation (second); and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
    Amanda L. Trecartin, 29, Orient: theft by deception, 60 days in jail, all suspended and one year administrative release.
    Stephen J. Tucker II, 37, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed by clerk.
    Eric S. Tweedie, 51, Houlton: obstructing report of crime and domestic violence assault, 38 days in jail (each).
