CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of April.
Jacob Poitraw, 20, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jayde Boyd, 24, Caribou: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $150 fine; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.
Chad Peterson, 25, Caribou: criminal threatening, 30 days in jail.
Mitchell S. Thompson, 23, Washburn: probation violation, five months 15 days in jail, probation revoked.
Storm Stetson, 21, Mapleton: violating protection from abuse order, 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail.
Macie Jones, 25, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine, 42 months in prison all but 15 months suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution.
Robert J. Pelletier, 24, Limestone: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in prison all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation and $170 restitution.
Justin Murphy, 32, Caribou: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
William Conine, 29, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $750 fine.
Storm Stetson, 21, Washburn: aggravated assault, 12 months in prison; violating condition of release, 20 days in jail and domestic violence terrorizing, 20 days in jail.
Stephen Schwartz, 22, Caribou: operating under the influence (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine, six months in jail all but 12 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended and three years’ registration suspended.
Chad Peterson, 25, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine, six months in jail all but seven days suspended, one year probation, license suspension, three years’ registration suspension; violating condition of release, three days in jail and operate vehicle without license – conditions/restrictions, three days in jail.
Sean Michael Cloney, 26, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Courtney A. Hartsgrove, 20, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100 fine.
Ryan P. Everett, 36, Woodland: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Macie Jones, 25, Caribou: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.
Shawn M. Gagnon, 22, Wade: domestic violence stalking, 50 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 50 days in jail; violating condition of release, 50 days in jail.
Kelley L. Campbell, 34, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.
Shirley Castonguay, 60, Washburn: misuse of E-9-1-1 system, $200 fine; violating condition of release, $50 fine.
Megan M. Boyce, 31, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Courtney A. Hartsgrove, 20, Washburn: criminal mischief, $100 fine, two days in jail (two counts); violating condition of release, two days in jail.
Amy L. Bouchard, 34, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 16 months in prison; criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail.
Caleb J. Breneman, 23, Limestone: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Harley Shaw, 30, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.
Karen M. Hargrave, 35, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
Courtney A. Hartsgrove, 20, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two days in jail and $4.79 restitution.
Amy L. Bouchard, 34, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Chad Peterson, 25, Caribou: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Camille Kirk Voisine, 50, Presque Isle: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
