The Houlton chapter of TOPS met Friday, Jan. 26, at the Aldergate Building on Kelleran Street.
There were 7 TOPS and 2 KOPS present. The Loser of the Week was “Mystery Lady” and the Runner-Up was Pam Richardson. Betty Wyman won both the 50/50 and the Skinny Dish.
Hopefully this icy weather will soon melt so our members will be able to get back to our meetings.We miss you all. Support is needed for all of us to keep our ‘losing ” ways.
We discussed our contest and how many points we got this week. Also talked about ways we can better achieve our weight goals and shared strategies that are helpful. Thank you all for sharing.
Some of our group are out with sickness and falls due to the ice. Get well soon and be back with us.
