SPRINGVALE, Maine – David Everett Nichols died unexpectedly on Monday, November 27, 2017 in Sanford, Maine. He was born on December 12, 1950 in Presque Isle, Maine the son of Merle and Martha Nichols.
David is survived by his two children, Michelle Nichols and husband Ty Traughber of Anchorage, Alaska, and David A. Nichols of Danforth, Maine; grandchildren, Cody Eaton and Alison Eaton of Stonington, Maine; two brothers and a sister; Sue Bragdon and her husband Les Bragdon of Presque Isle, Maine, Danny Nichols and his wife Carolyn Nichols of Mapleton, Maine, and Ralph Nichols of Caribou, Maine; and many nieces and nephews. David was predeceased by two brothers, Roger Nichols and William Nichols of Presque Isle, Maine.
There will be a service in the summer when David will be laid to rest with his brothers and parents at Johnson Hill Cemetery in Presque Isle, Maine.
