Well-known Presque Isle businessman Kenny Allen of Allen’s Environmental Services, Inc., was recently honored at a surprise birthday party at the Caribou Utilities District office. Allen turned a young 81 years old on Feb. 24, 2018. Allen, his son, Chris, and utilities district employees enjoyed cake and ice cream, along with many stories reminiscing about all the years the district has done business with Allen’s.
