The Island Falls Seniors met June 6 at the Municipal Building. Our president Darrell Hartin opened the meeting with the Lord’s Prayer. We then enjoyed our lunch with a variety of dishes, including pizza for everyone compliments of Keith and Esther Harvey.
After lunch Richard Camire entertained us with his guitar. We then had our meeting after saluting the flag. It was decided we would go to Oakfield Seniors meeting on June 19-20 and go to the River Cafe for our luncheon.
We then had the 50-50 raffle which was won by Louise Butcher. Guests attending were Janet Russell, Bezu Little and Kevin and Bunny Bearor. Members attending were Jack and Ruth Doughty.
