Caribou Criminal Docket, June 2019

   CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of June.

     Stephen C. Shepherd, 64, Auburn: unlawful sexual contact, eight years in prison all but three years suspended, three years probation; probation violation, five years in prison all suspended, two years probation.

     Michael Conroy, 28, Canaan: probation violation, 12 years in prison all but one year suspended, four years probation.

     Andrew M. McLaughlin, 24, Perham: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

     Riley J. Hall, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation revoked; probation violation, nine months in jail, probation revoked.

     Philip H. Chasse, 42, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

     Micah McCarthy, 26, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine, 24 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.

     Russell J. Hafford, 55, Allagash: operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, 150-day license suspension.

     Jonathan Limary, 24, Presque Isle: manslaughter, 16 years in prison all but 45 months suspended, four years probation, $2,519 restitution;  aggravated assault, 45 months in prison.

     Amanda M. Alward, 38, Westmanland: domestic violence assault, 10 days in jail; aggravated assault, two years in prison all but 10 days suspended, two years probation, $6,115 restitution.

     Matthew D. Salmin, 38, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), two priors, $1100 fine, 18 months in jail all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, six-year license suspension, registration suspension.

     Wayne Neeley Sr., 38, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of methamphetamine, $400 fine, 80 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30 days in jail, 30-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; eluding an officer, 80 days in jail.

     Troy C. Blier, 31, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, 15 months one day in prison all but six months suspended, two years probation, $4,424.70 restitution; driving to endanger, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in jail, $4,424.70 restitution.

     Easton C. Bull, 41, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, eight years in prison all but 18 months suspended, three years probation, $2796.90 restitution; domestic violence assault, nine months and one day in prison; domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; criminal mischief, nine months and one day in prison; reckless conduct, one year in prison.

     Brian T. Keenan, 41, Caribou: assault, dismissed.

     Meagan S. Undergust, 36, Washburn: failure to register vehicle, $75 fine.

     Jacob Daher, 33, Washburn: assault, dismissed.

     Julie Hafford, 39, New Gloucester: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

     Rodney E. Belmain, 60, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail.

     Bub J. Dow, 42, Connor Twp.: attaching false plates, $150 fine.

     Olivia Y. Martin, 28, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

     Meagan S. Undergust, 36, Washburn: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; failure to register vehicle, $75 fine.

     Wayne Neeley Sr., 38, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

     Spencer W. Keiser, 26, Mapleton: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension. 

     Brian T. Keenan, 41, Caribou: violating protection from abuse order, 60 days in jail all suspended, administrative release sentence six months, $2,000 restitution.

     Mitchell C. Lamoreau, 37, Caribou: violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail.

     Matthew D. Sawyer, 36, Perham: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

     Bobbie Jo Cameron, 50, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

     Michael G. Dugal, 62, Madawaska: unlawful sexual touching, dismissed.

     John A. McBreairty, 27, Caribou: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

     Cynthia Belden, 72, Presque Isle: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.

     Brendan T. Wood, 24, Fort Kent: attaching false plates, $100 fine.

     Ryen L. Doody, 42, St. Albans: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $50 costs; attaching false plates, filed on $50 costs.

     Brianna Bassett, 20, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 costs.

     Tammy L. Nadeau, 47, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.

     Jonathan Jalbert, 37, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail, $50 restitution.

     Luz Silva-Parrilla, 34, Madawaska: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.

     Douglas Donovan, 78, Presque Isle: operating truck or passenger vehicle on ATV trail, priors, $50 fine.

     Michael J. Umphrey, 43, Perham: violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

     Kurt M. Jordan, 40, Limestone: violating protective order, $250 fine, 24 hours in jail.

     Matthew J. Wark, 52, Washburn: domestic violence assault, 31 days in jail.

     Larry W. Markle, 26, Caribou: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

     Carla Rae Martin, 55, Caribou: violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.

     Michael T. Janickey, 48, Hicksville, N.Y.: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.

     Jarid Brescia, 21, Caribou: allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.

     Peter Rahe, 63, Caribou: allowing dog to be at large, $75 fine.

     Kyle Giles, 40, Woodland: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.

     Damian Quinones, 18, Van Buren: failure to inform law enforcement of concealed handgun, $100 fine.
