Thursday, July 9 

6:39 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Hartford Street to assist another agency.

8:04 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Pearce Avenue to investigate a complaint.

10:43 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to North Street to investigate a civil dispute.

11:05 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Sugarloaf Street to investigate a disturbance.

11:47 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Franklin Avenue to investigate a complaint.

12:53 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to North Street to arrest Amber Hallett, 28, of Ludlow for negotiating a worthless instrument, attaching false plates, operating without a license and arrest on a warrant.

2:04 p.m. — Chief DeLuca responded to High Street to investigate a disturbance.

4:50 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to the HPD lobby  to assist a citizen.

5 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to Kelleran Street to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud complaint.

5:06 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to North Street to assist another agency.

6:40 p.m. — Officer Socoby responded to Franklin Avenue to investigate a trespass complaint.

7:46 p.m. — Officer Campbell responded to Mill Street to investigate a 9-1-1 hang-up.

10:03 p.m. — Officer Campbell responded to Military Street to investigate a criminal mischief complaint.

11:51 p.m. — Officer Socoby responded to Garrison Road to assist a citizen.

1:44 a.m. — Officer Varnum responded to Sugarloaf Street to arrest April Drew, 31, of Houlton for  possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating a vehicle without a license.

2:03 a.m. — Cpl. Janakis responded to Chandler Street to investigate a 9-1-1 hang-up.

8:53 a.m. — ACO Rairdon responded to River Street for an animal complaint.

10:43 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to First Street for a well-being check.

2:43 a.m. — Officer Smith responded to Highland Avenue to summon Kayla Nason, 30, of Houlton for operating while license suspended or revoked.

3:17 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to North Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

9:29 a.m. — Officer Clayton responded to Market Square to investigate suspicious activity.

9:34 a.m. — Officer Clayton responded to U.S. Route 1 to investigate a motor vehicle complaint.

11:40 a.m. — Officer Clayton responded to Main Street to assist a citizen.

12:32 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to Court Street to summon Christyan Shain, 21, of Houlton for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief. Officer Heath also summoned Samantha Gilman, 21, of Houlton for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief.

3:57 p.m. — Officer Clayton responded to Cary Street to arrest Chad Spooner, 34, of Houlton for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release.
