HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Houlton Courthouse in August.

Amy J. Reynolds, 53, Saco: operation of methamphetamine laboratory, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, 9 months 1 day in prison all suspended, 1 year probation. 

Ashley Quint, 34, Houlton: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Matthew M. Dechesne, 28, Weston: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine. 

Tony L. Dubuc, 33, Westfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine. 

James P. Gantnier II, 25, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (alcohol), 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, registration suspended, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
