Hodgdon fells Fort Fairfield in Wednesday baseball matchup

HODGDON, Maine — Hodgdon welcomed visiting Fort Fairfield during a matchup between the two teams on May 12, and then proceeded to defeat the Tigers by a score of 14-3.

For Hodgdon, scoring was led by Oisin Gardiner, who homered and singled twice, scoring three runs for the Hawks. Pitcher Austin Winslow threw a complete game and struck out 11 in a winning effort, and also added a triple and two doubles while at the plate.

Fort Fairfield was led by Chase Coiley, who singled twice, walked, and scored a run. Kobe West also hit two doubles for the Tigers.
