NEW LIMERICK, Maine — This past weekend the inaugural Mucho Moola Tournament was held. We had 16 teams take part in this 2-person, 18-hole scramble. There was some great golf played.

Congratulations to the first-place team of Porter Gervais and Jared Tapley. Coming in second were Ben and Kevin Tuttle, and tied for third were the teams of Jamie and Dick York and Ben Goodwin and Jason Renaud.

Men’s Twilight League completed its fourth week of play. As this is being written there are still three teams undefeated.  Every team still has a chance to make the playoffs.

Our next event will be the Houlton Alumni Scramble this Saturday, July 3. This is a 9-hole, 4-person scramble that is open to anyone and everyone. Please call the clubhouse 207-532-2622 to sign up a team, or register yourself and we will find a team for you. All proceeds of this event go to support the Houlton High Alumni Association.

On July 11 we will be holding a Golf For Life Scramble. We encourage all GFL participants to come take part in this fun event.
