Bingo is coming

The Haystack Historical Museum will host the season’s last fundraiser at the end of the month: Bingo Crazy.

After a terrifically fun Bingo session in August, the society accepted the Mapleton Daze Committee’s offer to loan the society their equipment to host another afternoon session.

This new fundraising session will be held on Saturday, Oct. 29, starting at 4 p.m.  Bingo will be played for free with many prizes given away.

Volunteers, from left, Christina Kidney, Todd Stephenson, Charlotte Dyer and Leroy Shepard serve during the Haystack Historical Society’s recent fundraising dinner. The society thanked all volunteers and participants during the successful meal, which raised funds for the Haystack Historical Museum.

The society will do its fundraising at the bingo session by serving a chop suey dinner for $10 for adults and $5 for children under age 12.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
