Joe Cyr excelled

As an avid reader of the Houlton Pioneer Times, I thank Joe Cyr for his 13 years of informing me and others of doings around town. Local newspapers are vital for keeping citizens in their communities “in the know.”

Joe has excelled at that, and I am delighted to learn that he will be the communications director for the Houlton Band of Maliseets.
