By 2016, Mattila had become The County’s vice president of lending and has remained in that role until his recent promotion.

“I am eager to work with our team to execute the highest value for our members and fulfill our member promise,” said Mattila. “I appreciate being part of a team that truly has our memberships’ best interests at heart. I look forward to further developing new and exciting initiatives while maintaining the best-in-class service delivered by our kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable team.”

Mattila attended CUNA Management School and graduated in 2019 as a Certified Credit Union Executive. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Husson University.
