A cold front will exit the region as the morning progresses as high pressure builds into the Valley from the James Bay region in Canada. Skies become mostly clear by this afternoon/evening with rain ending by midday. Highs reach the mid-60s with mostly clear skies and lows in the mid-40s tonight.
Sunny skies spread across the SJV Thursday as high pressure crests over the region Thursday evening. Highs climb to the upper 60s with clear skies Thursday night and temperatures in the lower 40s.
High pressure moves into the Maritimes Friday with sunny skies continuing across the Valley. Southerly flow brings warmer air into the region with highs in the middle 70s. Friday night, mostly clear skies with lows in the lower 50s are anticipated.

The front moves east early Sunday while another approaches from the west with a continuing chance of showers Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon under partly sunny/mostly cloudy skies. A new ridge of high pressure builds in Monday-Tuesday with decreasing cloudiness. Temperatures in the low 70s Saturday, mid-70s Sunday, mid-60s Monday, and Tuesday. Overnight lows in the lower 60s Saturday night, mid-50s Sunday night, and mid-40s Monday and Tuesday nights.
