Out of 700 leading hospitals across the country, NMMC is one of five esteemed healthcare facilities in Maine to earn this recognition, and the only hospital north of Bangor, highlighting the organization’s dedication to offering unparalleled medical services to the Northern most region of the state.
The America’s Best-in-State Hospitals list, compiled annually by a team of healthcare experts and researchers, evaluates hospitals based on numerous key factors, including patient outcomes, quality of care, medical specialties, technology adoption, and patient satisfaction. This accolade undoubtedly reflects NMMC’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards and continuously improving patient experiences.
