The Presque Isle Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify an alleged burglar.
At around 3 a.m. on Dec. 31, the department visited Freshie’s in Presque Isle after receiving a call that someone had broken in and stolen several vaping items, according to a press release posted on the department’s social media page.
Officers found the glass in the door shattered. Security cameras captured an image of a person, police said.
A tracking operation using a police dog was conducted, but no one was found, police said.
