The Aroostook Huskies have started their co-ed flag football program for kids in grades K-6.
Sessions run from 6 to 7:30 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday night through June and July at the field in Presque Isle.
The cost is $35 per child.
The organization will also hold fitting and parent nights for the middle and high school tackle program.
High school fitting night is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, and middle school fitting night will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 11. Both sessions will be held at the Edmunds Conference Center at Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle.
These meetings are important for interested players to attend so organizers can ensure they have all the correct equipment for the upcoming season, and for kids to get their raffle tickets to sell for their registration cost.
