Wednesday – Friday
High pressure will slide across Québec today and will be centered just west of Maine Thursday morning. Breezy north winds around 9-12 mph today with partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies are expected as a trough base from an upper trough sliding through New Brunswick crosses eastern/central portions of the region. Tonight, high pressure in Québec brings clear skies and chilly temperatures with near calm winds across the Valley. Frost/freeze conditions are possible tonight along with some river valley fog in some locations

Thursday, high pressure brings sunny skies, light northwest winds shifting to the southwest over the course of the day, and highs in the upper 50s. Thursday night, partly cloudy to mostly clear skies allow temperatures to fall into the mid-30s with patchy fog possible. Light southwest winds are expected.

Mostly sunny skies spread across the Saint John Valley Friday with highs reaching the upper 60s as southwest flow from high pressure drifting to the south of the region draws warmer air into the Valley. A weak cold front approaches with increased cloudiness and a slight chance of showers Friday night with overnight temperatures in the mid-40s. Light west wind is expected.

Saturday – Tuesday

The cold front stalls near or over the region Saturday with mostly sunny to partly cloudy conditions across the area producing a slight chance of showers over the course of the day. Partly cloudy skies with a chance of scattered to isolated showers are possible Saturday night. Highs in the upper 60s with lows in the middle-to-upper 40s.

The cold front should moves north of the region Sunday while a disturbance tracks north
of Maine. Partly sunny skies with scattered/isolated showers are expected Sunday with partly cloudy skies Sunday night. Highs in the mid-70s with lows in the lower 50s.

Monday looks partly cloudy to mostly sunny and warm with highs in the upper 70s. A cold front approaches from the west Monday night bringing a slight chance of showers to the region overnight. Lows fall into the mid-50s.

For Tuesday, the cold front moves closer with scattered afternoon showers expected. Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of showers is expected Tuesday night. Highs reach the low 70s with overnight lows in the mid-40s.
