PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Katahdin Trust, a community bank with 16 branch locations throughout northern, central and southern Maine, is pleased to announce the appointment of Janet Doak as the newest member of its cash management team, seasoned manager Melissa Dahlgren as the new branch manager for Presque Isle and Ashland and Lucinda “Cindy” Kelley as the new branch manager for the bank’s Mars Hill and Fort Fairfield locations.

Doak, who has been with Katahdin Trust since 2005 and previously managed the Presque Isle and Ashland branches, has taken on a new role to focus on retail lending and expanding the bank’s cash management services to better serve business customers in Aroostook County. In her new role, Doak will serve as assistant vice president, community banking officer and cash management specialist.

As part of Doak’s transition, Dahlgren, vice president and community banking team leader who served as the manager in Mars Hill and Fort Fairfield, has relocated to oversee the Presque Isle and Ashland branches. In her new role, Dahlgren will continue to assist with the administration of all branches and ongoing retail training initiatives. She has been with Katahdin Trust since 2008.

To fill Dahlgren’s position as branch manager of the Mars Hill and Fort Fairfield locations, Kelley has been promoted to branch manager and community banking officer. Kelley joined Katahdin Trust earlier this year as a community banker II in Presque Isle, following a 21-year career in human resources at McCain Foods in Easton.
