PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Aroostook Hospice Foundation, owner of the Aroostook House of Comfort, is proud to announce the 13th annual Aroostook House of Comfort Golf Classic, taking place Saturday, June 20 at the Presque Isle Country Club. The annual tournament has become one of the Foundation’s signature fundraising events, raising more than $610,000 to support compassionate, dignified inpatient hospice care for patients and families across northern Maine.
The Foundation is honored to once again receive generous support from the Logan P. Graves Foundation, returning this year as the event’s Platinum Sponsor with a $10,000 contribution. The Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to Bob and Lynne Graves for their continued generosity and commitment to honoring Logan’s legacy through support of the Aroostook House of Comfort.

“As the Platinum Sponsor for the 2026 Aroostook House of Comfort Golf Classic, our goals are to honor our late son Logan through The Logan Graves Foundation and support the Aroostook House of Comfort,” Bob Graves said. “Our personal experience reflects the Foundation’s mission of providing compassionate care and support. Join us in investing in our community by sponsoring or participating in this impactful event.”
Since opening in 2018, the Aroostook House of Comfort has served more than 1,200 patients and families throughout Aroostook County and northern Maine in partnership with Northern Light Home Care & Hospice. As one of only four inpatient hospice homes in Maine, the Aroostook House of Comfort provides specialized end-of-life care in a peaceful, home-like setting. Proceeds from the Golf Classic directly support the long-term sustainability of the home, helping ensure compassionate, high-quality hospice care remains accessible for local families now and into the future.
This year’s tournament will feature more than $25,000 in prizes and giveaways, including raffles, on-course contests and local course gift certificates. Due to overwhelming community support, team registration is now full. However, sponsorship opportunities remain available for businesses and individuals looking to support the mission while gaining meaningful community visibility.
