PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The County Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that two team members, Taylor Dobson and Dennis Rogeski, have each earned their Certified Credit Union Executive Designation through America’s Credit Unions.
The Certified Credit Union Executive designation is recognized as a hallmark of professional achievement and leadership within the credit union movement. Awarded through America’s Credit Unions, the designation is earned by successfully completing the rigorous three-year Credit Union Management School executive education program. Participants complete advanced coursework in areas such as financial management, strategic planning and leadership development, along with three examinations, two applied projects and an oral presentation. Earning the CCUE designation demonstrates a significant commitment to professional development and preparation for executive leadership within the credit union industry.

“The CCUE program provides advanced leadership education that strengthens strategic thinking, financial expertise, and organizational effectiveness,” Dobson said. “The knowledge and perspective gained through the program will allow me to bring new ideas, stronger leadership skills, and a broader industry outlook, helping me better support our team, serve our members, and contribute to the continued success of the organization and the communities we serve.”
“Earning my CCUE through this program challenged me to think beyond day-to-day operations and focus on the long-term opportunities facing our credit union and our members,” Rogeski said. “I am excited to apply the knowledge and experience gained over the last three years to strengthen partnerships, drive informed decision-making, and further our mission of improving members’ financial well-being.”
“We are proud to recognize the growth and success of our team,” Dan Bagley, executive vice president at The County, said. “Their leadership and dedication to serving their team as well as our members will help us continue delivering exceptional service.”
