NorState Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Rebekah Michaud to mortgage loan administrator.
Michaud was hired in August 2015. Since joining NorState Federal Credit Union Michaud has continued to grow within the organization, taking on positions of increasing responsibility. She began her career at NorState FCU as a part-time member service advisor before transitioning to a full-time MSA. She later served as consumer loan originator and mortgage loan processor assistant.
In her expanded role, Michaud will assume responsibility for overseeing the processing and administration of residential mortgage loans, coordinating documentation, compliance, closings, servicing and portfolio maintenance while working closely with members, lending staff and third-party partners.
“We’re very proud of the growth Rebekah has demonstrated throughout her time at NorState,” Robin Charette, chief credit officer at NorState FCU, said. “She has worked her way through several roles, building valuable knowledge and experience along the way. This promotion is a reflection of her dedication, hard work and commitment to serving our members.”
