With one “arm” raised, this snowman greeted drivers on the corner of Edgemont Drive and Missle Street in Presque Isle on Thursday afternoon, March 15, following a 9-inch snowfall the day before. The heavy, wet snow was the perfect consistency for a frosty creation.
