AROOSTOOK COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
• Joshua Allen, 21, Chapman: driving to endanger, dismissed.
• Elmer L. Belanger, 60, Cheshire, Conn.: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $700 fine; and illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.
• Steven Felix Bouchard, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (three counts), 30 days in jail (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation and $1,517.25 restitution; and operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
• Robert E. Bowring, Jr., 28, Ashland: reckless conduct, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
• Craig L. Caron, 24, Biddeford: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary and stealing drugs, dismissed (each).
• Keir A. Charlton, 23, Limestone: assault, $300 fine and 120 days in jail; and reckless conduct, dismissed.
• Jeremy J. Chasse, 26, Caribou: violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (each); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all but 20 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (first), $400 fine and 20 days in jail (second).
• Jon Alan Clayton, Jr., 47, Blaine: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $1,500 fine, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; and failing to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, 30 days in jail.
• Steven C. Cray, 28, Connor Twp.: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine and two years in prison; and operating under the influence, dismissed.
• Marc Cyr, 23, Madawaska: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Kaleb R. Dahlgren, 23, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
• Daniel Deprey, 28, Saint Agatha: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $2,000 fine, 60 months in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation and $200 restitution (first), $2,000 fine and 30 months in prison (second).
• Debbie Carole Devost, 34, Edmundston, N.B. unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,500 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
• Jason R. Doak, 31, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, four years in prison, all but seven months suspended and two years’ probation.
• Joseph A. Donnelly, 40, Easton: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon (two counts), one year in prison (first), four years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation (second); and domestic violence assault, priors, $300 fine and nine months in jail.
• Lawrence R. Doody, 55, Caribou: terrorizing and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each); and obstructing criminal prosecution, $500 fine, one year in prison, all but 75 days suspended and one-year probation.
• Christopher R. Drew, 34, Blaine: domestic violence assault, 75 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; and obstructing report of crime, 48 hours in jail.
• Laurie E. Engebretson, 36, Fort Kent: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation and 100 hours’ community service; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Nicholas Aaron Flewelling, 22, Easton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.
• Andrea Gardiner, 29, Chapman: false public alarm or report, $100 fine.
• Emilien T. Gorneault, 55, Perham: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Misty R. Hafford, 28, Chapman: OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and six years’ license suspension; failing to make oral or written accident report, 10 days in jail.
• Chad M. Hamilton, 23, Presque Isle: criminal mischief (four counts), 45 days in jail (first, second) and dismissed (third, fourth).
• Ricky A. Hammond, 43, Fort Fairfield: assault, dismissed.
• Michael Hoague, 26, Fort Kent: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, dismissed.
• Randy Hodsdon, 44, Caribou: assault, dismissed.
• George P. Howard, Jr., 55, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
• James Kelly, Jr., 46, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one-year license suspension; and OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, seven months in jail, all but 80 days suspended, one-year probation and six years’ license suspension.
• Jacob Anthony Kenneson, 23, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault (six counts), $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all but five days suspended and two years’ probation (first), dismissed (second through sixth); criminal mischief, $250 fine and $250 restitution.
• James D. Kutz, 26, Winterville: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, filed on $250 costs.
• Andrew J. Labobe, 21, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Richard A. Larsen, Jr., 49, Crouseville: tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim and violating condition of release, judgment of acquittal (each).
• Kenneth A. Lebel, 21, Frenchville: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), six months in jail (each); burglary (three counts), three years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $225 restitution (first), six months in jail (second, third); burglary of a motor vehicle, six months in jail; and criminal mischief, six months in jail.
• Gregory A. Libby, 34, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
• Kyle Lyford, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison and $2,259.37 restitution.
• Justin P. Madore, 28, Winterville: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Aaron A. McBreairty, 34, St. Francis: assault, dismissed; OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation and six years’ license suspension; and operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, dismissed.
• Amy J. McNamee, 29, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $500 restitution.
• Earl C. McNeal, 54, Gorham: criminal attempt, $1,500 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
• Alexander Merced, 37, Madawaska: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Kevin L. Michaud, 29, Madawaska: giving false information of motor vehicle accident, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, dismissed; and OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, one year in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license suspension.
• Nick X. Michaud, 28, Van Buren: burglary, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $72,000 restitution.
• Andrew Mills, 25, Presque Isle: gross sexual assault, dismissed.
• Chad M. Morrow, 31, Limestone: aggravated criminal trespass, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; and assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail.
• Jeffrey Nadeau, 24, Eagle Lake: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Joseph D. Ouellette, 26, Woodland: OUI, prior, $700 fine, eight months in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Marie A. Parslow, 72, Fort Kent: harassment, dismissed.
• William H. Parslow, 70, Fort Kent: harassment, dismissed.
• Jared M. Patane, 22, Limestone: burglary, six months in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $150 restitution.
• Alan J. Pelletier, 33, Fort Kent: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 45 days in jail, all suspended and one-year probation.
• Craig L. Perry, 23, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30 days in jail and 30-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Gary A. Porter, 25, Woodland: criminal threatening, 11 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation; and assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
