Members of the Lister Knowlton VFW Auxiliary Post 9389 have donated $4,500 over the past three years to the Jefferson Cary Cancer Center, the proceeds from the Miss and Little Miss Caribou pageants. Past funds were used to purchase a new chemotherapy rocking chair for patients. With the chair are, seated, 2019 Miss Caribou Grace Gallagher and 2019 Little Miss Caribou Mallory Maynard.
