The Northeast Society for Human Resource Managers has awarded the Deborah Kierstead and Milton Bailey Memorial Scholarship to Noah White, left, son of Matthew and Amy White of Washburn. Presenting the award is LaNiece Sirois, NESHRM president and executive director of the Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce.White is a full-time student at the University of Maine at Presque Isle studying business administration with a concentration in accounting. He earned 34 early college credits during his high school tenure and works part-time for MMG Insurance.
