Presque Isle’s Short receives promotion

    Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, the Adjutant General for Maine, announced the promotion of Freeman Short of Presque Isle to Private First Class.
His unit is Company B, 3rd Battalion 172nd Infantry Regiment (Mountain).
