This adorable boy roamed the streets for a long time and was fed by some great people. PAWS was able to trap him and show him how he should be treated. Panda Bear was confused, scared and depressed. Humans failed him. PAWS wants to find him the perfect home to make him forget what he went through. Panda Bear would probably thrive in a quiet home.
