McNally, Francis W., 83, March 3, 2008.  Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls.  Interment to be held in the spring in the Stacyville Cemetery.
NEWPORT and STACYVILLE – Francis W. McNally, 83, went home to be with his Lord March 3, 2008, in Bangor. He was born August 20, 1924, in Stacyville, the son of Fred and Minnie (Curtis) McNally.
    He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II. Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Margaret (Gallagher) McNally of Newport; three children, Francis and Donna McNally of Newport, Michael and Linda McNally of Port Charlotte, FL, and Mark and Diane McNally of Limington; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Clayton McNally of Portland; and one sister, Verna Davis of Millinocket.
    A graveside funeral service will be held at Stacyville Cemetery and announced in the spring. Arrangements with Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls.
