CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of September.
Gaye Marrie Harvey, 52, Mapleton: refusing to submit to arrest or detention and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, five days in jail (each); OUI, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and assault, $500 fine and 15 days in jail.
Allan Hathaway, 29, Fort Fairfield: assault, $300 fine, four years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
Thomas B. Kaiser, Jr., 21, Mapleton: assault, $500 fine.
Anthony L. Kelley, 23, Caribou: criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, aggravated criminal trespass and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
Kevin Landry, 48, Hudson: bribery in official and political matters, dismissed; OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, nine months in jail and six years’ license suspension; operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, five days in jail; and tampering with or disabling ignition interlock device, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.
Travis G. Leavitt, 38, Lewiston: OUI, prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license suspension.
Sean J. McIntyre, 32, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts), $400 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and three years’ probation (each); criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Robert A. Merriam, 51, Presque Isle: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts), $4,000 fine, 10 years in prison, all but six years suspended, four years’ probation (first) and dismissed (second).
Karen M. Michaud, 49, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine and seven days in jail.
Deborah O’Hara, 57, Caribou: OUI, no test, prior, dismissed.
Peter E. Page, 48, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; and unlawful possession of schedule drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Robert B. Parker, 43, Easton: criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation.
Jason Parsons, 33, Presque Isle: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Ryan J. Plourde, 31, Van Buren: violating condition of release, dismissed.
Edward Ringuette, 36, Naples: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and 12 months in prison; OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.
Ben A. Roy, 33, Van Buren: violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, dismissed (each).
Gilman F. Roy, Jr., 29, Van Buren: criminal mischief, violating condition of release, tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim and criminal trespass, dismissed (each).
Casey Daniel Ruest, 20, Madawaska: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Rhonda R. Sabattus, 30, Princeton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation and $2,274.98 restitution.
David Sirois, 56, Madawaska: unlawful sexual contact, four years in prison, all but nine months suspended and three years’ probation.
Matthew A. Skidgel, 23, Caribou: assault, $500 fine and five days in jail.
Benjamin E. Small, 34, Presque Isle: assault (two counts), $300 fine and four months in jail (each); criminal attempt, four months in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), four months in jail (first), six months in jail (second); probation violation, 10 months in jail and probation revoked; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison, all but one year suspended and three years’ probation.
Paul S. Tardie, 43, Washburn: OUI, dismissed.
Mark L. Thibodeau, 41, Van Buren: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation.
Robert D. Thornton, 53, Ashland: failing to stop for officer and passing a roadblock, dismissed (each).
Dylan P. Tompkins, 23, Biddeford: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Norman I. Willette, 36, Mapleton: assault, $500 fine and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
