Vincent R. Ballard, 87, who passed away April 10, 2012, and Julia Elizabeth (Dahlgren) Ballard, 87, who passed away April 20, 2014.  There will be a combined committal service with military honors for Vincent at 4 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Riverside Ext. Cemetery, Washburn.  A service of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.
