PRESQUE ISLE – Earl L. “Primo” Morris Jr., 74, died peacefully, August 1, 2009, with his family at his side, at Presque Isle. He was born July 16, 1935, in Vanceboro, ME the son of Earl Sr. and Lucy (Farnham) Morris. 
Earl served in the U.S. Air Force from 1954-1974 and retired as a staff sergeant. After retiring from the military, he worked in civil service at Loring Air Force Base, also worked as a salesperson for Electrolux, and later moved on to a new place of employment at McDonald’s where many locals enjoyed seeing him each weekend.
In addition to his parents, Earl is predeceased by a brother-in-law, Larry Russell of Haverhill, Mass. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-one years, Evelyn (Gamelin) Morris of Presque Isle; his two daughters: Pamela Michaud and her husband Lewis of Columbia, SC, Cheryl Markey and her husband Chris of Presque Isle; and a son, Earl Morris III and his companion Michele Dyer of Presque Isle. He also leaves behind five sisters: Helen Larrabee and her husband Roland of Brownville Junction, ME, Mary Tibbs and her husband Bill of Windsor, NC, Elizabeth “Lizzie” McPhee and her husband Bill of York, ME, Dottie Russell of Haverhill, Mass., Linda Morris and her companion Marie Blais of Salisbury, Mass.; two grand-children, Michelle Michaud of Columbia, SC, and Adam MacDonald of Presque Isle, ME; one great-grandson, Max Michaud of Columbia, SC; as well as the children of Michele Dyer: Crystal and her husband Greg of Camp Lequene and Brian O’Connor of Presque Isle, ME. 
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday August 5, 2009, at the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St. Presque Isle. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Palmer officiating. A committal with military honors will take place 2 p.m. Friday at the Northern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Caribou.
