 HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents through April, 2018.

Monday, April 16

7:06 a.m. — Officer York responded to Main Street to investigate a burglar alarm.

8:11 a.m. — Officer York responded to B Road for an animal complaint.

9:27 a.m. — Officer Cyr responded to Cary Street for an animal complaint.

2 p.m. — Officer York responded to North Street where he summoned a 27-year-old Halifax, Nova Scotia man, Thomas Hill, for littering.

9:53 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to North Street to investigate a complaint.

Sunday, April 15

12:56 a.m. — Cpl. Janakis responded to North Street where he arrested a 25-year-old Houlton woman, Jasmine Donovan, for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked; operating under the influence; and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

11:05 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Hartford Street to assist another agency.

2:35 p.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Ludlow Road to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud complaint.

9:35 p.m. — Officer Boutilier responded to Foxcroft Road for an animal complaint.

Saturday, April 14

5:35 a.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Military Street for a well-being check.

8:38 a.m. — Sgt. Quint responded to Kelleran Street to assist a citizen.

10:10 a.m. — Officer Heath responded to Elm Street for a well-being check.

2:42 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to Ludlow Road to assist another agency.

3:03 p.m. — Officer Heath responded to Ludlow Road where he summoned a 33-year-old Houlton man, Mark Bayar, for operating an unregistered motor vehicle over 150 days.

5:02 p.m. — Officer Boutilier responded to Military Street to investigate suspicious activity.

6:30 p.m. — Cpl. Janakis responded to North Street where he arrested a 43-year-old Monticello woman, Nicole Maguire, on a warrant.
