CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of February.
Archie S. Green, Jr., 29, Easton: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Christopher Albert, 42, Fort Kent: operating under the influence (drugs or combo), prior, $700 fine, 30 days in jail, three-year license suspension, registration suspended.
Harmedas J. Hodgkin II, 46, Madawaska: aggravated forgery, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Connor P. Boulier, 23, Blaine: aggravated assault, one year in prison.
Adam Taylor, 28, Amity: probation violation, eight months in jail, probation partially revoked.
Jerald Scheurwater, 31, Caribou: aggravated criminal trespass, 18 months in jail all but seven months suspended, two years’ probation.
Jeffrey C. Sock, 38, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; violating condition of release, 24 hours in jail.
Larry A. Easler, 41, Washburn: probation violation, 35 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Ares J. Rattray, 20, Houlton: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation revoked.
Macy Dyer Hill, 22, Westfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Vladimir V. Djosan, 28, Westfield: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Jason P. Sarnowski, 43, Washburn: OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison all but 213 days suspended, two years’ probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Donna St. Pierre, 56, Easton: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension.
Morgann Towle, 20, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 30 days in jail.
James L. Sam, 34, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 10 days in jail.
Bobby L. Nightingale, 36, Houlton: criminal attempt, 178 days in jail.
Sarah F. Hartley, 40, Caribou: unlawful possession of cocaine base, $400 fine, three years in prison, two years’ probation, $130 restitution.
Ricky D. Castonguay, 64, Washburn: OUI (alcohol), 1 prior, $700 fine, seven days in prison, three-year license suspension, $825 restitution; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, five days in prison.
Wayne W. Neely, Sr., 37, Fort Fairfield: false public alarm or report, 90 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 90 days in jail, 150-day license suspension; motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, 90 days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, 90 days in jail.
Tabitha C. Dragani, 32, Tewksbury, MA: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension.
Donald Hebert, 64, Caribou: reckless conduct, $500 fine.
Robert S. Shaw II, 39, Caribou: failing to make oral or written accident report, $850 fine, 60-day license suspension; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine.
