GRAND FALLS, New Brunswick — One hundred thirty six golfers participated in the first Upper St. John Valley Seniors men’s tournament, held at Grand Falls Golf Club Wednesday, June 13. The top three gross and net scorers from each of the six divisions are as follows:
Division A: first gross, Dan Hotham, Presque Isle, 75; first net, Mike Fleming, Houlton, 72; second gross, Jeff Jose, Caribou, 78; second net, Medard Soucy, Fort Kent, 72; third gross, Bob Bruce, Aroostook Valley, 78; and third net, Nelson Bouchard, Fort Kent, 72.
Division B: first gross, Peter Moore, Aroostook Valley, 74; first net, Steve Francoeur, Edmundston, 66; second gross, Gilles Picard, Grand Falls, 76; second net, Harry Orser, Mars Hill, 69; third gross, Joey Levesque, Grand Falls, 78; and third net, Shaun Dolamont, Houlton, 70.
Division C: first gross, Jacques Bosse, Grand Falls, 77; first net, Carter Kennedy, Aroostook Valley, 67; second gross, Bernard Clavette, Grand Falls, 83; second net, Gerald Culberson, Hartland, 71; third gross, Gary Stewart, Woodstock, 85; and third net, Dale Plourde, Caribou, 73.
