CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook Superior Court during the month of November, 2006.
Dale E. Thibault, 45, of Winterville, passing stopped school bus. Fined $350.
Donald Thibault, 48, of Winterville, disorderly conduct. Charge was dismissed, witness unavailable.
Brian K. Turcotte, 29, of Fort Fairfield, unlawful possession of oxycodone. Charge was dismissed by court.
