Keith and Valerie Bernier, of Fort Fairfield, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacey Bernier, to Paul Guiou, son of Mark and Narda Guiou, of Fort Fairfield
Lacey is a 2005 graduate of Fort Fairfield High School. She has recently completed two years of schooling at the University of Maine at Presque Isle and will continue her education in the fall at the University of Buffalo, N.Y. She will be pursuing a degree in occupational therapy.
Paul is a 2000 graduate of Fort Fairfield High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine at Presque Isle with a degree in biology. He is employed by the Department of Homeland Security as an agricultural specialist.
The couple plan on relocating to Buffalo, N.Y.
A July 28, 2007 wedding is planned.
