Vinal D. Rodgerson

Rodgerson, Vinal D., 76, October 28, 2007.     STACYVILLE & McCALLA, AL – Vinal D. Rodgerson, 76, passed away on October 28, 2007, at his home in McCalla, AL. He was born in Stacyville, December 18, 1930. The son of Harold and Zula (Morrow) Rodgerson.
    Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Mary Kilgore Rodgerson; five brothers, Harold, Omar, Raymond, Reginald and Dana; and six sisters, Virginia Adcock, Evangeline Lake, Rowena Olson, Clara Hunt, Reta Street, and Jeannetta Lake.
    He is survived by his wife Sandra; her daughter, Tina and her husband; Holly and Hope of AL; a sister, Maxine Brackett and her husband Richard of Patten; several nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law, Barbara Rodgerson of Thomaston, CT; and a very special brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Cossandra Kilgore of Grayson, GA who took care of him the last few months that he lived in his home in McCalla, AL.
    A private funeral service was held at the Valhalla Cemetary in Milford, AL where he was buried beside his first wife.
