Ashland Rotary Auction a success

The Rotarians of Ashland would like to thank all of the businesses and individuals that donated to this year’s annual Rotary Auction. The delicious supper, prepared by Pioneer Lodge and Tillikum Chapter, was greatly appreciated, as well. Our local Boy Scout troop, led by Linda Milligan and Polly Libby, helped out tremendously by displaying items during the auction and then distributing them to the highest bidders. Very special thanks go to Cathy Beaulieu of Wilder’s Jewelry for the beautiful, marquis shaped, diamond and sapphire ring for the suspenseful ring box grand opening. Congratulations to the ring winner, Denise Campbell. As a result of everyone’s efforts and the generosity of our local communities, the auction was a resounding success. Events such as these allow the Ashland Rotary Club to support causes in our area. If you have never attended an auction, give it a try. It is lots of fun!
