McLaughlin, Helen F., 87, December 13, 2007.  Arrangements by Hooper Funeral Home, Inverness, Florida.     HOMOSASSA, FL – Mrs. Helen F. McLaughlin, 87 , died Thursday, December 13, 2007, in Crystal River, FL. She was born Friday, August 13, 1920 in Bridgewater, Maine, daughter of the late Joseph Bradstreet and the late Iva M. Brown.
    She was a member of the American Legion, Tampa, Fla. She worked as a personal cook and was the former owner of a restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She enjoyed cooking and watching cooking shows, especially “Emerill”. She was a member of St. Benedicts Catholic Church, Crystal River, Fla.
    She was preceeded in death by her husband, Benjamin S. McLaughlin; son, Carl Farley; five brothers: John, William, Vernon, George and Duncan Bradstreet; two sisters: Hilda Morse and Christine Hersey.
    Survivors include son, Elmer Farley and wife Sue of Buxton, ME; three daughters: Rena Reardon and husband, Paul of Westbrook, ME; Marle Pishnak and husband, Jack of Carson City, NV; Georgene Collins of Homosassa, FL; sister, Delia Watson of Norgewalk, ME; sister-in-law, Alowes Bradstreet of FL; eleven grandchildren: Catherine, Carol, Danny, Gary, George, and Linda of ME; Steven and Trudy of FL; and Richard and Lisa of NV; twenty-fiv great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; special nieces: Susan Bradstreet and Arlene Kinney; and many other nieces and nephews.
