Fazzi Associates, Inc., a national consulting, benchmarking and best practice research firm, has named Visiting Nurses of Aroostook a “proven leader” in one of the most important measures of an agency’s quality program – patient satisfaction.  Visiting Nurses of Aroostook has recently received their “Pat/Stat Award of Distinction,” honoring Visiting Nurses of Aroostook as a national best practice agency for patient satisfaction in 2007.
“I am proud of our team of nurses, therapists, home health aides, social workers and office staff,” explains Saundra Scott-Adams, Executive Vice President. “Their commitment allows our patients to be in their homes, where they most want to be. In addition, our staff is trained to serve our terminally ill patients and their families through our Hospice of Aroostook program. They are a dedicated group and I appreciate all they do.”
