VNA ranks high

    Fazzi Associates, Inc., a national consulting, benchmarking and best practice research firm, has named Visiting Nurses of Aroostook a “proven leader” in one of the most important measures of an agency’s quality program – patient satisfaction.  Visiting Nurses of Aroostook has recently received their “Pat/Stat Award of Distinction,” honoring Visiting Nurses of Aroostook as a national best practice agency for patient satisfaction in 2007.
     “I am proud of our team of nurses, therapists, home health aides, social workers and office staff,” explains Saundra Scott-Adams, Executive Vice President. “Their commitment allows our patients to be in their homes, where they most want to be.
