    The Caribou District Court heard the following cases during the month of April, 2008.
    John H. Barretto, 48, Washburn: keeping an unlicensed dog, $50 fine; allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.     Andrew Bilodeau, 45, Augusta: operating motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; violating condition of release, $200 fine.
    Steven W. Cote, 38, Woodland: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Michael Dillon, 37, Limestone: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Christian Dorrance, 21, Attleboro, Mass: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Steven Fisher, 18, Caribou: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
    Jeff Fox, 40, Connor TWP: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 hours in jail; fugitive from justice, extradiction ordered.
    Dwight A. Hafford, 43, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, filed with $75 cost; operating snowmobile left of center, $50 fine.
    Dale Hebert, 40, St. David: violating snowmobile noise limits, $100 fine.
    Abigail R. McCausland, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; false public alarm or report, $250 fine.
    Beau T. Myrick, 20, Caribou: harassment by telephone, 48 hours in jail, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
    Edward K. Peckham, 46, Limestone: fugitive from justice, extradiction ordered; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail.
    Andrew Quirbach, 25, Dunstable, Mass.: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
    Leticia A. Tracy, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail; violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
