Hartin, Wetzel engaged

Image    Courtney Alyssa Hartin, daughter of Stan and Paula Hartin of Mars Hill, and Zane Alan Wetzel, son of Alan and Linda Wetzel of Arcanum, Ohio are announcing their engagement.
    The couple is planning for a November 29 wedding at Grant Memorial United Methodist Church in Presque Isle.
