    PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were heard at the Presque Isle District Court during the month of August, 2008.
    3 Sisters Sanitation, Eagle Lake: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $250 fine; rule violation – inadequate suspension, $100 fine.
    Kristin Anderson, 19, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.     Violet Bailey, 26, Washburn: obstructing government administration, $200 fine.
    Adam L. Barker, 21, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine and $529 restitution.
    Matthew K. Barnes, 23, Chapman: ATV noise and fire control violation, $100 fine.
    Wilfred Berdan II, 30, Richmond: criminal mischief, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed.
    Albert Bernier, 41, Rindge, N.H.: fishing without valid license, $100 fine; operating/permitting operation of unregistered motorboat, $100 fine.
    Rodney A. Bishop, 42, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed at $250 court costs.
    Michael Blevins, 31, Mars Hill: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension; failing to obtain drivers license, $150 fine.
    Brooks L. Brewer, 37, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Rachael S. Burns, 25, Rockville Center, N.Y.: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Stephen R. Bushey, 44, South Portland: permitting operation of watercraft by another, $100 fine.
    Bruce W. Cameron, 40, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $750 fine and 50 hours community service.
    Justin Caron, 20, Ashland: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
    Stephen J. Cleveland, 22, Bethel, N.Y.: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
    Richard N. Collins, 38, Ashland: operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $250 fine (first) and $400 fine (second).
    Michael J. Cooper, 19, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $1,000 fine and 50 hours community service; attaching false plates, dismissed.
    Shannon Cooper, 18, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Christine A. Couturier, 57, Caribou: terrorizing, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, $150 fine.
    Christopher M. Crawford Tuttle, 21, Presque Isle: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Shane H. Cyr, 38, Suffield, Conn.: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
