PRESQUE ISLE – The following cases were heard in the Presque Isle District Court during the month of December, 2008.
Cassandra L. Earle, 23, Presque Isle: protective order from harassment violation, $250 fine.
Robert A. Ferm, 59, Beverly, Mass.: criminal trespass, $200 fine; possession of antler less deer, $500 fine. Victor A. Gagnon, 75, Richmond: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow, $200 fine.
Joshua J. Guerrette, 22, Mapleton: OUI-no test-1 prior, $900 fine, 12 days in jail and 3-year license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked (two counts), $300 fine (first) and $250 (second); criminal threatening, $250 fine.
Tracy A. Guerrette, 28, St. Agatha: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $200 costs.
