Benefit golf tourney Saturday
Congratulations to the winners of Flag Day. Scot Walker came in first with his flag ending 4 feet from the pin on the second hole. Warren Walker came in second, followed by Kevin Craig, Becky Kelley and Tim Prescott.
On July 11 at 9 a.m. the first Carleton Project Golf Tournament will be held. The event will be a four-player scramble. The cost for the event is $50 per player or $200 per team and includes golf, a golf cart and lunch afterwards. Come support this great cause and have a great day of golf.
If you are not a member at VaJoWa, now is the time to join. The membership special for a new member is $100 outside of 25 miles and $200 for those under 25 miles. A cart rental is required each time you play.
