CASWELL — Kids have always been notorious for chasing after sweets, but the students of the Dawn F. Barnes elementary school were literally chasing sweets on Feb. 12 during a Winter Carnival game where the students had to eat their way through a doughnut on a string without using their hands.

The results were, expectantly, hilarious as the students tried all sorts of ways to eat a doughnut as it swung about on a string.
One thing is for certain, these students certainly earned their snack.
